Burst water pipe emergency

How to check if you have a water leak
- Stop the use of taps, toilets, dishwashers and washing machines etc.
- Take a water meter reading and then do not use any water for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take another water meter reading.
- An increased meter reading normally indicates a water leak is present.

To prevent further water leaks and keep your plumbing fixtures functioning at their best, our plumber may recommend the installation of a pressure reduction valve to your watermain.
